The Role

You'll be the technical point of contact between CiaoDott and the complex world of medical practice management systems, telephony infrastructure, and legacy healthcare software, working closely with the CTO. This role is critical: every integration you build directly translates to a new customer we can serve.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain integrations with practice management systems (some modern APIs, many... not so modern)
• Be the technical interface with customers, telephony providers, and software vendors
• Iterate rapidly on integrations based on real customer feedback - patient demographics, locations, availability, and more
• Identify gaps between what we offer and what customers need, then formalize them into actionable specs
• Onboard new customers by configuring and testing their specific integration requirements
• Train customers on new features and platform capabilities
