About The Role
CiaoDott is looking for a Founding SDR to build the outbound engine. As one of the first members of our sales team, your mission is clear: generate qualified meetings with clinic owners, operations managers and medical directors across Italian healthcare organizations.
This is not a "follow the script" role. You'll prospect, experiment, measure results and turn what works into a repeatable playbook. You'll work closely with leadership to sharpen messaging and build the outbound motion that scales with us.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn, targeting clinic owners, operations managers and directors.
- Qualify inbound leads with fast response times and strong triage.
- Book and hand off qualified meetings to the Account Executive team.
- Manage and track all activity in HubSpot, maintaining an accurate and healthy pipeline.
- Run structured feedback loops with sales and marketing: surface objections, winning angles and persona insights on a weekly basis.
- Test and iterate on sequences, messaging and targeting — and document what works.
- Stay sharp on our ICP, product positioning and competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For
Must have
- 1-2 years of SDR/BDR experience, B2B preferred.
- Strong phone confidence: you can handle objections without panicking.
- High pace and consistency - you're comfortable with repetition when it drives results.
- Coachable: you actively seek feedback and apply it fast.
- Resilient: you don't take "no" personally.
