About The Role
CiaoDott is seeking an Account Executive to accelerate new customer acquisition across Italian healthcare organizations. You'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation and close.
You'll sell our AI-powered communication platform that automates high-volume patient conversations via phone. You'll help prospects understand the operational and financial impact of AI automation — reducing administrative burden, improving patient experience and capturing revenue that would otherwise be missed.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You'll partner closely with leadership to strengthen messaging, ensure a seamless customer experience and help build and scale a repeatable go-to-market motion as we grow.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with a focus on net new customer acquisition.
- Develop and refine our sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with leadership to craft compelling sales strategies and drive urgency in deals.
- Partner with the marketing and product teams to ensure strong alignment between sales efforts and product development.
- Deliver persuasive product demos and articulate the value of CiaoDott's platform to potential customers.
- Manage and track sales activities in our CRM, maintaining an accurate and healthy pipeline.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to position CiaoDott effectively in the market.
- Contribute to CiaoDott's growth by helping build a high-performing sales culture.
What We're Looking For
Must have
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience.
- Experience selling SMB or mid-market deals.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
