The Role

Our AI agents handle thousands of real phone calls with real patients. Your job is to make sure they do it flawlessly - every time. You'll own the lifecycle from agent behavior to testing automation to production monitoring, working closely with the founders.

What You'll Do

• Ensure AI agents interact correctly with our backend and all customer integrations
• Build and maintain automated testing systems for voice AI agents
• Dramatically speed up our testing and validation cycles
• Improve the naturalness and reliability of human-machine voice interactions
• Work closely with the integration team to validate that new integrations work correctly in conversational contexts
• Analyze call bottlenecks and optimize end-to-end latency and quality
• Design and iterate on tools, prompts, and context structures
